the green tea was an interesting taste but I’d like to try either the berry or chocolate flavour next time. afterwards I tried a dairy-free & gluten-free ‘green tea dynabite’ protein bar made with almonds, coconut, honey and vegan protein powder. it was hard not to devour it in one mouthful. for snacks I had a vegan & gluten-free ‘carrot + avocado roll’ made with carrot, avocado, quinoa, sauerkraut, toasted mixed seeds, and an apple cider vinegar dressing. it had a nice kick to it and was lovely to sip away on. I started with ‘kamil’s trikatu latte’ made with ginger, turmeric, curcumin, long pepper + black pepper, maple syrup, coconut oil and hot almond milk. I ate here one afternoon after taking class and to keep me going until I taught a class. there are bigger portions if you’re feeling hungry or smaller snacks you can nibble on as a post yoga treat. food also being available to be taken away. The cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the. the cafe is located inside triyoga’s camden studio and is a popular place to feast after a yoga or pilates session. Nectar cafe serves plant rich foods that are raw, vegan, vegetarian & organic.
